Being more realistic with pilot's salary

Actually FlyNet calculates the pilot's salary attending to all in and out money for each flight.

In this way, if any pilot has to do a tankering procedure, with full fuel tanks on board, this cost affects directly on pilot salary.

I think that pilot salary should deppend only in these factors (f.ex): pilot's rating, VA reputation, flight distance and aircraft type; refueling cost should affect only to VA.

Only an opinion.

I don't have a problem with the current system although I have no objections to giving CEO's more controls over the pay structure.

I think in flynet the pilot has to do more of the fuel planning that would be done by others in a real airline so to reward them based on profit is appropriate. As for tankering, hopefully the pilot will get the benefit for that on there next flight.
