Message system improvements

Some idea's I had that would improve the usablity of the flynet message system.

1) In the list of ppl to send messages to, put the members of your airline at the top of the list.
2) When a message is received, send an email person saying a message has been received, it would not have to send another email until you log in again or if the pilot has a flight booked (they will be back soon anyways).
3) Have some different sections for the messages that include
a) Messages Received since my last login,
b) Older Received Messages,
c) Message I sent.
