Special assignments

Wouldn't it be cool if there were special "charter" operations that airlines could take to gain even more money than normal, something like FSeconomy does except use it as an alternative to flying "routes" As well, perhaps there could be more "business" options such as buying properties for investments (i.e hangers for maintenance, which you could perform maintenance for not only your own but others aircraft as well) Just a few thoughts...But so far i love the system
