Can instances of FlyNET induced failures be included on the 'Flight Report' please?

Failure reporting

Hi,
Any chance of this getting included some time soon. With our VA generating a lot of flights and quite a few failures, sorting out the FlyNET induced failures from aircraft system/pilot induced faults isn't obvious. Having a failures field on the flight report will help clarify things.

Konny,
Until you get a chance to re-organise the Flight Report, as an interim maybe the failure could be reported in the 'Critique' section ? Is this a web site coding change to implement this or is it a revised client? I presume the client already reports a failure to the website as it instructs a reduction to the VA rep. Maybe this instruction could trigger the failure input to the Flight Report?

I think that putting the reasons for changes in reputation in the Critique section of the flight report. I would suggest we also include the amount of the change along with it, maybe something like:
a perfect flight (+1)
Engine Failure (-4)
Aircraft Crashed (-15)
where the number in parentheses is the change in the reputation.
