Concorde - Heavy Jet

Post by CRGaming » Wed Sep 07, 2022 8:08 pm

Can Concorde be added to the "heavy jet" list? It's practically stall speed when fully loaded at 250 knots. i always manage, but in real life they got to 300 pretty quick below 10,000.

It already is marked as a heavy jet. If you go to the aircraft types page in the website for the aircraft your interested in, look for the 'Heavy Jet' field.

Instead of refreshing x times per second, you can use the FSUIPC offset "030C" that gives the VS in flight and does not change (not updated) once on the ground so it will always give the landing VS.

This would be a good idea, I've noticed sometime i flair and hit at 200 fpm and it says i landed at 500. I've seen it happen mostly when you do a real fast flair. Almost always indicates wrong at st barts where you need to drop in fast and flair late.

Odd, I have gotten penalized several times for this in concord. Maybe it was on landing not take off.

I split this out into its own topic as not to fill the original with unrelated posts (and I locked it).

Most likely it was on decent, the 300 knot limit is only good for the first 30 minutes of the flight.
