The new website

Post by afqr2007 » Wed May 25, 2011 8:17 pm

hi all

With this new website and all of the initial bugs to be ironed out no body yet has seemed to have said what they think of it.

I personally think that it is a much better design and looks a lot more professional. I also like the new feature on the homepage about the virtual airline news and purchases

All in all a very good job....keep it up.

P.s i wasnt quite sure where to post this

Greetings to All

The new website is pretty good, however have a problem in accessing and closing session.

My particular case, we are two people who use the same computer to fly but we have individual accounts in the FSA.

The problem is that when one enters the crew center with his, and user password for the first time, this is recorded and when we want to end the session, it appears that the website does not, because for the sample re-enter my user name automatically and if I choose the option after starting assignment goes straight back without asking my data.

This problem does not allow another person to enter the same computer to your FSA account, it automatically enters the user's account which first entered the site allowing others to see the information.

I tried using different browsers (Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome), I did a full erase cookies and temporary files, and the problem remains the same.

If anyone has found a solution to this problem, I appreciate any information you have on it to provide.

Happy Landings and Blue Skies ...

Yes, we're aware of the issue and there are several threads already in the Bugs & Problems forum on it. This is the proper place for such issues to be placed, not piggybacked on someone else's thread in another section of the forums.
