Hello.

I would suggest signing up for IVAO. They provide live, real air traffic controllers as well as pilots to fly with. IVAO UK offers training for both pilots and controllers.
Visit here for IVAO UK - www.ivao.co.uk
Here for IVAO AERO http://www.ivao.aero

I'm not sure of any others for FS2004 ATC addons though.

Any problems just PM me.

Thanks

There are several around. RadarContact and RealATC are among the ones I can think of.

According to its manual, it does control AI traffic. Sort of....

"Since RC is not an adventure, Flight Simulator‟s AI traffic is active, and our controllers will give you traffic calls when an AI plane comes too close. RC will also move AI before they become a conflict, slow or speed up AI planes while you are on final, freeze ground traffic so they do not cause runway incursions. In short, RC is as close an approximation of what real pilots experience as is currently possible."

Anyway, ProFlight Emulator Deluxe is an other option for you for more realistic ATC. It has a downside though if you're running on Vista. It needs the UAC to be disabled whilst running and that has a terrible effect on several different add-ons on my experience...
