There is a option in your airline settings to turn on or off 'Advanced Finance' this allows your VA to use several features on the platform including:

To turn on Advanced Finance you must have a platinum account.
To turn off Advanced Finance you must not be using one of the features that requires it.

• Lease aircraft to other airlines

• Offer loans to other airlines

• Build Maintenance Centers and large warehouses.

• Lease gates at airports

In addition if your not using advanced finance, the maximum revenue multiplier on your flights is reduced one step, so for new airlines that start at 1000x would instead start at 700x.

Also if your not using advance finance but you still have a platinum account, your airline does not have to pay parking fees, but if you only have a gold account you still have to pay the fees.

Is there any advantage at all to leasing gates at airports? I assume it is optional to simulate ongoing business expenses but was curious what incentive there would be in this world to lease a gate vs not leasing a gate. Also will the system know if we have more than one aircraft at the airport but are only leasing one gate?
