Aircraft Incorrectly shown as Booked

Hi,
One of our Aircraft a BA11 (G-AAUL) is locked/booked at OLBA. No one has booked this aircraft for a flight. Can it be unlocked please.

(Konny, this is the second time this has happened, and I'm sure I must be doing something in the wrong order. What exactly is the correct procedure for canceling a flight ?

Ok, I fixed that.
But can you tell when this happened ? There are two ways for a flight to be cancelled. You can click on "-> Book flight -> Cancel flight" or the booking can expire after 24hours. Which one fits in this case ?

Thanks Konny (Mr. Fix-it !),

I had booked the flight, and let the client run for some minutes.
Was taxing to runway when FS locked. Went back to website and clicked on "-> Book flight -> Cancel flight".
I reset FS, started again, and found when I went to the web page that the aircraft was still locked.

I 'may' have exited the client when FS locked before I canceled on the Web page - would this make a difference ?

Yep, if the client was running when you cancelled the flight, this could be it.
And then I would already know how to fix that.

Looking at my acars log, its probably likely that I did cancel on the web page whilst the client was still running. Sorry about that, I'll make sure to have shut down the client before cancelling on the Fight Booking Page in future.

Hey, you helped me to pinpoint a bug. I have to thank YOU

In the next release you will get a message in the client when the flight has been cancelled by the website and everything will be alright
