I was at 97.5% just this afternoon when I checked just moments ago it is at 85% . . . hows that possible?

I checked your pireps. It is strange as I see no crash anywhere. In addition you had a zero ticket flight. Very weird. I believe Konny could set your reputation back to the correct one as it is obvious there's something wrong.

Well, the reputation not only goes done when you crash but also due to aircraft failures during flight. Maybe an engine broke down and you didn't even notice ?
No, just kidding, it also wouldn't go down from 97 to 85 then. But I wonder if you really had 97.5 cause there always should be a 0 behind the comma.

HAHA my bad I put my pilot rating instead of airline rating. My airline rating WAS something like 102 not 97.5, now its 85 with no flights taken.
