Hi,

Check the Flynet main page and you will see there is a security update for the client application.

Hi,

Log-in is working fine for me with the new client. Wherever your Client and .dll are installed on your system, make sure (right click and select properties) you are using the versions of Client modified 2007-10-06, 13:21 and the libmysqll modified 2008-09-01, 06:59

Hello,

I initially had the same problem with not being able to log in, despite downloading the, what I thought was, the updated client.

There is quite a few posts saying that people need to download the client again due to the security fix, however there was no mention of where to download it from, so I naturally headed straight to the client thread in the 'Important Announcements' forum. Of course, the link in there has not been updated yet, so I only re-downloaded the client I already had.

Took me a while to figure out that I had to download it off the flynet website itself, from the Client page.

Hopefully this will help some people out and also give a hint that the 'Client - get it here' thread needs to be updated.

Regards,

James
