are there any admin online to submit pirep

Hi

Have flown an flight this morning offline and expected to get submit code.
but instead of it I'v got just empty place. have tryed to submit report with no code and with three spaces code, but no result.
Then have sent report file to info@.... but no response all day, report not uploaded.

Are there any other admin who could be able to submit my report manualy?
I would like to fly this evening.... not be grounded...
