PIREP not taking code

Please help, Just completed a flight for Freelance VA from KMEM-KIAD, landed, parked and then the client couldn't connect to the website, so it generated a PIREP, well its there, however the code it gave me is not being accepted. The code I was given was 0ca. Id very much not like to have my 2 hour real time flight to be for nothing.
