Unable to Register Completed Flight

One of my pilots has just completed a flight from Lyon to Leeds/Bradford and the completed flight was unable to register with our VA.
Came up with message:
2442. out file. Code 5a1
Pilot is showing at Leeds/Bradford but flight is still showing booked.
Hope it can be sorted.

we have a little database problem, which will probably be solved in a few hours. Please send us your pirep + pirepcode, so that we can upload it for you after the problems are solved

Had the same problem. It did appear to accept the flight but it has failed to register. I would submit a PIEP and PIREP code if I knew how to? I have all the details on Flight Tracker
