another partnership bug

Post by Miikoyan » Tue Oct 30, 2007 1:59 am

ok i found another bug in the partnership.

you can not offer a route to more than one airline.

What I mean is that let say that you have routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and have partnerships with airlines a, and b. If you offer the routes 1, 2, 3 to airline a, you can not offer those routes to the airline b.

Konny, I offered AH 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 to Ionathan Airlines....and I cant offer them to Manchester International Airways or North Eastern Airways. Weird, huh?

Indeed, that's the way FlyNet handles the codeshares. Each flight can be codeshaerd to only one partner VA. I don't see an obvious reason for this restriction though.

this is old, but just realized a way arround this, so will post it for people that havent thought about it yet....

just make to copies of the flight
ex. u have flight 1, 2, 3
u want airline a and b to both have them.

u could A) make 2 flight 1's, 2's, and 3's
or u could B) make flight 1, 2, 3 and give them to airline A and then make flights 4, 5, 6 and have them set for the same settings for 1, 2, 3, and give them to airline B
