Unable to buy ticket with new home page

Two of my guys say that they are unable to purchase tickets with the new homepage - Not sure why - I have no problems
prehaps its just newbie problems - Konny can you take a look please??

Can you please tell me their names and what happens exactly if they try to buy a ticket?

of course "hash" and he was trying to buy a ticket from malta to Luton

also had another new member complain he couldnt buy a ticket into Lihue

Ill try and find the name Dprod I believe

and what exactly was the problem? I didn't have any trouble buying tickets with their accounts...

As I thought it, its probably newbie problems - Hash flew an active leg MLA-LTN which solved the problem - Ill have all the
new hires go back through Justins primer
