Hello admin (congrats for the new step and luck with it)

we have several problems with names and special typo as in forum and in database (in this case Spanish characters as

Our VA management too (ñ and ´ -in Spanish names- is showed wrong)

A new request for an old post.

Could you please check some of the Turkish characters.

Ş and ş = s with cedilla (Alt+0222 and Alt+0254),
Ç and ç = c with cedilla ( Alt+0199 and Alt+0231),
İ = capital I with a dot - (Alt+0221),
ı = i without a dot (Alt+0253),
Ğ and ğ = breve / hook added G (Alt+0208 and Alt+0240)
