My Flight back at the Hangar

Post by ssanchez » Wed Dec 13, 2006 12:10 am

Guys... This is getting the best of me.

3 out of my last 4 flights have been cancelled.

Right now, I'm over Tulsa enroute from Chicago to Dallas and my flight is back at the hangar.

I have no time today to start all over this flight.

I will not cancel it and take the penalty for something that is not my fault.

At this point, I'm so upset that I'm an inch of leaving FLYNet for good.

Please let me know how to proceed with this.

Thanks guys...

So the flight tracker is crashing my Flynet Client?

Why is it doing it only in some flights and not all of them?

I'll deactivate Flight Tracker tonight when I get home

Can someone shed some light on what this function does?

Look on the front page. There is a link to "Flight Monitor". On there it shows airborne and booked flights. The airborne flights are shown via the flight tracker function in the client.

Navigate to C:\Windows and look for the FlyNET configuration file. Open the file using notepad. Changing tracker=1 to tracker=0 switches off the tracking function and has cured problems for some people. If you change the setting, save and exit and it's all done.
