I'm going to go with Three Class for the Big aircraft, Ie the 345, 346, 773, 772, 744. The 762 and 332 and 333 should all be two class, as well as every other aircraft. Three class is an option on the largest aircraft, smaller aircraft tend to have 2 class config, from what I've observed.

So yeah, my vote goes for Three for the Mega Haulers, 2 class for evryone else.
