i was flying today from EGPH to EGKK and i landed ok albeit a bit staggered. but i got near the end of the runway but not onto the taxiway and it started docking me for overspeed on taxi. how does that figure?

You have 1 minute to reduce your speed to 25kts after touchdown, after that you can get penalised for overspeed on taxi.
