The list of countries is based on the airports in the database. If there is an airport in the country, it shows up in the list.

Enhanced the airline flight log by adding rating and aircraft type. The font size was reduced to get everything to fit.

New pilots are automatically assigned the a number one after the current last pilot rather than the first open slot.

The Flight Monitor page now lists private flights, in addition the file flight plan page for your hanger now has been made a little easier to use.
