I havent been using the site for over a year and kept paying monthly..
I have been trying to find to option to stop my premium subcription for more than 20 minutes now, where is the option to stop my premium account ?"
it is not at the premium tab and not on the profile tab,

Unfortunately you can't do it on our site, you need to go into your PayPal account and in the settings look for automatic payments.
