can you change your Aircraft config from pax to zero pax to fly cargo in the AC Info page where you change the seating, will it then load more cargo?

Well it will load more cargo, the system assumes that each passenger has 25kg of baggage that will go into the cargo hold. But passenger aircraft are limited by the volume of the cargo hold and if you say there are zero seats in the config it won't automatically increase it. For many aircraft there is a facility to 'convert' aircraft from passenger to cargo configuration, which implies taking out the passenger interior, putting in a large cargo door and strengthening the floor.
