newbie question: times in planning

Hi, I am new here.
When I plan a flight, what kind of time I have to use? GMT or local?

There is no hard rule on that, since the days and arrival and departure times are really just informational for your pilots. As long as for your airline your consistent that's all that matters.

Hello Frank

For my virtual Ailrine I use Local time in the flightplan.
But usually the time in the aviation is Zulu.
So when I got a Flightplan at my previous work, the times went Zulu.

Thats why Pilots and Flight Attendant have mostly a watch with a second timezone.
