Can someone tell me if cargo flights are just as good, better, or not as good as pax flights.... in other words, would cargo operations be useful to invest in?

I did a quick compare of the flights in the last year for the some aircraft, this is not scientific as I am not comparing same routes, just all in the last year by four aircraft types.

B747-400 Average profit 111,971
B747-400F Average profit 60,146 (53%)

B737-700 Average profit 17,695
B737-700C Average profit 12,144 (69%)

DC-10-30 Average profit 55,448
DC-10-30F Average profit 32,887 (59%)
