Where is the Support

Post by dave0033 » Sun Oct 16, 2011 3:01 pm

Hi
I`m a PIlot & CEO for Phoenix Freight and charter

I just like to know when we (the Paying customers) are going to get the support we require from this site, support tickets that have not been answered, planes grounded for over 5 days now waiting for the flight to be deleted, and also our Antonov 225 which was grounded for fuel problems even though the counter was 100% correct in the client.

I`m sure other Va`s are probably experiencing similiar problems. At 30 Euros for Each VA the least we could expect would be a notice on the main page if there are internal problems.

Come on guys We are feeling very let down here.

lets have the support

Regards Dave G

If your AN-225 was grounded, it was because you didn't make the required Fuel_Flow_Scalar edit that's listed in the "Tips & Tricks" forum, so no, the count wasn't "100% accurate".

No, because I'm not an admin.
