After several months absent, I downloaded the latest client V2.02.10 (?) and when started a flight it keep saying "book a flight first" while I did already booked a flight.
I also saw under my FSX directory FS Airlines is missing.
How could I correct this.

The setup has changed. FSA is now a separate program folder and some information is stored in My Documents and other places.
Currently though, the issue you are experiencing is due to a database problem that Konny and Joe are working on.
It should be restored soon.
