ACCESS DENIED

Hello. My name is Sudqui and I have a problem since 1 month ago.
When I try to access to my account in order to reserve a flight, up in the web tell me access denied.
Someone knows where is the problem?

I know these are probably silly questions but which airline are you with, and what flights have you tried to book?
