Good Day!

By mistake I upgraded to GOLD membership instead of Platinum. What can I do to solve it?

Hi Albert,

I converted your Gold payment to Platinum, the 6 Euro you paid last for 51 days of Platinum so you will have to do your next payment on March, 13th. I see you already cancelled the Gold subscription so there won't be any complications with the Gold subscription anymore. You will just have to choose the right membership when you do your next payment
