Dear developers ...
Do not you think that you were not doing the money paid to you? We paid money for a year. So what? All it was, and remains. The system does not develop, no new features are introduced. The economic component as it was miserable, and left. Interactions between virtual airline zero.Your server as dying, and continue to die. FOR THAT WE PAY YOU MONEY? Or would you prefer to deal with us through the international court? Specifications of aircraft are not edited, not updated. You work very slowly, bad and unorganized. We have long endured it all, in the hope that at least something you change. At least make better Economical part. Although similarity fseconomy. But you are still silent. We pay you money, so we have every right to demand from you. We strongly recommend that you begin to engage fsa and make major improvements in the system. Global. Or get ready to return our money, plus a compensation for moral damages to each of our airline pilot. And this 20 pilots.

A) Let me point out that they have released a new integration pack recently as well as there is a new flight monitor and other slight changes.

B)Most if not all aircraft specs are correct, if you would point out which ones are wrong, maybe those can be fixed.

C)Things aren't developed overnight, most development teams are about 8-10 people for something in similar stature to FSA, our development team is three people.

I am interested in only part of the economic system. I am ready to tolerate everything, but only to the economy has been developed. At the other little things you can close your eyes. If people take the money - they are obliged to upgrade the system. The new client a couple of points - this is not the merit of developers. FSA has more than three years! And during this time, I see minimal improvement. And then, only for the eyes. Look at fse- very sorry that there are no liners. Why you do not want to develop the economic part? Bit complicated and difficult? Why is there no relationship between the airlines? What economic simulator can live without interaction? Or developers lazy to think and build their system? We thought that by introducing paid services, though that will change. But while change is less than the minimum. It's upsetting. Want more money, good money ? - make a better system to develop it. For she had no rivals. money must justify themselves. Make a super system- we will pay you for your job. So forward.

You know what, we don't bid to your every beck and call. There was a very thorough explanation of what you were signing up for when you agreed to the platinum membership. If you didn't read it, then I'm sorry, but it explained that we're not guaranteeing you anything other than what was on that list, which was a service by which to conduct your VA. If you weren't happy with the network when you signed up (which is what your posts seem to indicate) then why sign up?

But for your specific issues about what we've provided or (in your opinion) not provided-

1) We are not obliged to do any such thing as upgrade the system. Show me the applicable international law or standard that says that. We are only required to provide what is in the agreement - which we have.
2) You haven't been paying for 3 years.
3) We have made major improvements in 3 years. If you don't think so, then you're not paying attention, and I can't control that.
4) The economic system is where we want it to be. We are not FSEconomy. We stated up front what we are. If you don't like it, then go elsewhere. We didn't force you to pay.

As for the aircraft specifications, it's funny. I make edits on a DAILY basis. If there's something wrong, why didn't you submit an edit request? We put the link there to allow you to request edits yourself if you find something wrong. If you did submit an edit and it was denied, then there was a reason given for denying it. If you didn't read it, again, not my problem.

We are complying with our legal obligations for this service. Just because you have unrealistic expectations of what is and isn't required doesn't mean it's illegal.
