Good morning, I am in an airline and I would like to buy a plane and to flight, it´s possible? That I need? Type Cessna or similar. But I want to continue in the airline also, I want to buy a plane to do my flight plains, maintenance, etc...

Hi,
Do you have your own airline?? If not, then only the owner of the airline or its associates can buy aircrafts for you. You should be a co-owner to be able to do the things you mention in your post.
