airbus wilcopub gauges

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has the following problem and maybe a solution as well.
I have my FSX installed on d:\ drive with all security settings open for my user account on a win7 installation
I've installed the wilcopub airbus v1 collection and most of the time the gauges are not visible, but sometimes they are visible. It doesn't matter if you run normally or as an administrator, it varies completely..
I followed the procedure on the wilcopub support site, but no solution.
And when the panel is working, i can't seem to set the speed, v/s, and the hdg, because i only see ---
