Hi,

I'm new to this website, but like it a lot after a few trial and errors

I've upgraded my account to premium user, but when i look in my VA it still says its provisional and expires.

Once i look into the premium account i see that my payment is processed and detailed in the list...

Can someone please explain why my VA is still on provision? Has it something to do with the creation of 2 days ago?

"Provisional" status is applied to all new VA's. Once the time is up, your status changes to "active" and you get full reputation and revenue.

Our Wikipedia addresses this issue in more detail as do several posts on this forum.

I tried to search forum, but most posts are from last year with alot of discussions about the payments in the 2010.

If you searched for "provisional" then you shouldn't have gotten anything about the discussions on the "Premium" accounts.
