I have platinum membership for un year. Would you please tell me why my VA "Ecuatoriana de Aviacion" has the status "provisional " until february 12.

Please fix it.

thats because your a new airline and all new airlines get that for a certain amount of time. once that amount (2 weeks i believe) passes, you will be put to normal.

You must complete at least one flight in this time though.
