Support Ticket

Greetings,

I was wondering what the usual answer time is for a support ticket query? I sent a ticket on Jan 12th and have yet to receive a response.

Scott, we usually respond within 24 hours. I show that Konrad responded to your ticket on the 12th and it's still active.

OK...I'll have a look. I thought I'd receive a msg stating that there was a response.

Yep, Konny did reply right away on the day I sent the ticket! Sorry 'bout that, wasn't sure how this ticket thing worked.
