Hello friends,
The figures of the Boeing 747-400D provides that the Maximum TakeOff Weight is 378,182 kilos.
In reality, the Boeing 747-400D has a Maximum TakeOff Weight of 276.692 kilos, incredible but true. At first I thought it was a mistake, but looking at the data found that Boeing was right.
Another amazing fact is that with MZFW reaches only 1000nm.
The truth is that this is not so big difference with respect to the normal version.
Here is a PDF with the tables of weights of all versions of the 747-400, Boeing. http://www.boeing.com/commercial/airpor ... 74sec2.pdf
Greetings.

Re: MTOW of 747-400D model is incorrect
The only difference between the 747-400D is the different weights (to allow more cycles on the airframe) and the removal of the winglets. In truth, the 747-400D's can be use internationally (and are occasionally), however they rarely do as the payload is highly restricted (due to the lower weight restrictions).
I have verified the numbers as you suggested and I have updated the data.
