Fuel Capacity/Consumption Checklists?

I was wondering if anyone had run across a generic fuel consumption checklist for the basic aircraft we use in FSA. i.e. Airbus, Boeing, etc.. When I research an individual aircraft, I get a wide range of answers. I realize that it varies depending on weather etc but I'm looking for a figure to get a rough idea for each flight... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
