My Pilot's money??

Ok, unless my pilot landed in Bangkok and had himself a night on the town he has lost some money - in fact probably around v$30k. I was not paying myself a salary so i couldbuild my fleet - suddenly tonight i saw i had lost some money. Where can i see why my pilot lost money??

If you booked a flight and failed to complete it within 24 hours, it will remove the cost of the tickets from your pilot's personal cash.
