Hi.
This might be a stupíd question but here we go..
How do you make stickis, announcements etc. on the VA forums?
I can figure out how to lock, unlock, delete, merge etc. the topics, but have still not found out of how to make a sticky etc.
How?

I'm not sure that's possible with the way this software is setup. To give you those rights requires giving you admin functions which as far as I can tell gives you the ability to post "Global" topics, something we don't want VA's to be able to do.

I think I know how to do that, try it now.

Hello there,

Would it be at all possible to have the stickies on Scotva's forum also? I would very much appreciate it.

Kind regards.

It involves editing the user permissions one by one for each forum. It took some trial and error when we tried to establish that with the wiki forum when it was first set up.

It should be able to just set up the user group to be able to do this....shouldn't it?
Not that I am doubting you at all, I just think it sounds weird if you can not do that..
But OK it is not the asme forum for each member of cource......
I don't know, just think it sounds weird that you cant...

It deals with editing permissions user by user. Its based on level of permissions on each forum.
