File size is important as well. How big is the file you are trying to upload?

I've tried re-uploading mine at 149x199 and file size is only 3.7kb, I think there is a little bug in there somewhere in which the system might be looking for 30b not 30kb as max.

Still broken for me Joe and my files are under the limit. (Logo: 149x199; 3.78kb, Small Logo: 99x22; 1.17kb)
