Re: Forgot password
Are you sure your account is still active on FSA as I guess if you carnt remember your password you have not been on in a long time or you suffer with a bad case of memory loss
So if you have been inactive for a long time = Account Deleted (coz my old one was deleted my fault for not logging in)

Re: Forgot password
I recieved the below email Quote "Hello Hashry Adijan Hash,
Your FSAirlines account hasn't been used for two months.
We would just like to inform you that your account will be deleted if you don't log in within the next 30 days.
The FSAirlines-Crew
http://www.fsairlines.net" Unquote
Due to circumstances I was not able to do some flying but I would like to start again. The problem is I forgot, both the User Id and password! Who should I go to report and request the above?
Is there another way to make it easier for members that forgot their Id's, i.g automaticaly request it on the "Client" screen (like in the forum) instead of PM or sending an email?

Re: Forgot password
Hi,
If you go to your folder where you have the client installed you will see a configuration file which you can open with notepad. Your user name and password should be there.
Regards
John

Re: Forgot password
Hello John,
Thank you very much for the prompt reply. The problem is I could'nt find the configuration file. When unzipping the FSAirliner Client I just found a FSAirliner.exe and 3 wav files. Ther's no other files.
Did I miss something when downloading the "client"?

Re: Forgot password
If you go to C:\Program Files\FSAirlines or wherever your client is installed, there should be a config settings document called 'fsairlines', in there you will see your password and username.

Hi Alizon,
Thanks for the reply.
Ok I did go to C:\Program Files\FSAirlines, where I unziped the Client program. As I mentioned before there is only a FSAirliner.exe, and clicking it the main screen of the Clent pops up where the User Id and PW need to be input.
I dont see any other file there.
What is the latest version of the client?
What I do I will delete the Client and redownload it again.
