Hello everyone. Complete new guy here so please bear with me. I've read all the info I could find but haven't found an answer yet so here I am.
Ok I joined up, started a VA and did everything as per the walk through. I decided to buy a plane and went with a 1900C. The transaction happened and the money debited from the VA account. But in my fleet section there is no aircraft. I've looked everywhere, I think, and have had no luck. I guess my question is if there is a delay after you buy a plane before you get it?
Thanks in advance. Great looking place you have here. I look forward to learning more about it

James, once you purchase a plane it should show up right away. One of the admins will have to look into that for you.
Be sure your looking into your fleet folder and not your hanger (personal planes)
If you would like to try a Lease I will Lease you one very cheap for 30 days just pm me

I definately looked in the fleet folder. It's just not there. Thanks for the quick response and the offer. I guess I'll wait for an admins assistance

remember to type yourself for that AC in your profile
which you will have to do for each type you own.
or which type you wish to allow any hires to fly

Hi James, welcome to FlyNET.
Congratulations, you immediately found a new bug
. The problem was related to your airline's name. Some database enquiries didn't like the apostrophe.
I fixed that now and put the lost money back to your account. Please try it again

LOL I think I have. Now I can't book a flight. It keeps telling me the airport can't be found. Before anyone tells me I must be wrong just hold tight. I go to flightplan, click insert route and fill in the blanks. I do it all and no luck. I've tried 20 different routes all to different places with no luck. It also won't let me select the A/C type in the flightplan.
So there you go. I was happy last night after waiting most of the day I'd get to try it out...but thats just not ready to happen yet I guess. Hopefully the gurus here can get it all sorted out for me. It's frustrating hitting all these little bugs trying to get started.

that can be frustating JAmes getting all set up and call no joy,
I remember my fist tries , Not Fun , but something will come to light and you'll be on your way.
of course the basics, recheck your location and makesure your typed for the right aircraft.
you'll get it.
