Are there any aircraft repainters available that would be willing ot paint a couple of DH6C 300 series otters in blue and white (blue being the more dominant color) With the name of Sky High Air. And maybe you could join as a aircraft repainter or pilot?

Do you have any concept drawings of what you want the livery to look like? If not then possibly a description of what you want. Chances are, you probably won't end up with exactly what you want if you don't articulate to the painter your needs. Also, do you know what aircraft and FS models you'll be using? I'd recommend Project Opensky and IFDG models.
