About Leasing new functionality

Post by Ionathan » Tue Dec 06, 2005 3:45 pm

I noticed there is a new option for "Lease aircrafts" but how is the list populated. Can an airline put an aircraft for leasing and how?

Well, the leasing-function is basically working, but not really finished yet. If you click on the $-icon on fleet-management site, you can now decide if you want to sell or lease the aircraft.
You currently can set a fixed price for a fixed number of days. I want to change that to a percentage of the profit, but I didn't have enough time to do that yesterday.

When an airline accepts the leasing contract, the aircraft will immediately added to the airline's fleet and automatically removed after the leasing period. At the moment there's still missing a list of the leased aircrafts, so you can see when your aircrafts return, etc...
But the basic function works.
