VA Offices and Maint. Centers

I have a few VA Offices and Maintenance centers and was wondering if the parking fees were supposed to be less for aircraft at an airport where I have an office or maint. center? Many parking fees have come home to roost today and it seems like all the aircraft at my airports cost much more than the random airports other aircraft are sitting. Just curious, if that's not the case then it should be!
