Our airline has multiple fleets: commercial airline, military, rotary, bush and turbo prop and more. We cater to X-plane, P3D, FSX, and MSFS 2020. Our pilots fly on VATSIM and IVAO. For fun, purpose, realism, or camaraderie, there is something for everyone in All American. All American is a tribute to the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Infantry Division, the “All American” Division. With the 101st Airborne Infantry Division, also known as the "Screaming Eagles" these historic outfits continue to protect and serve the Unites States of America. ALL THE WAY! AIRBORNE!

Joe, so far my partner and I are not having success at recruiting via advertising in the Forum and by paying for the 30-day login ads. We have had success by convincing our pilots to migrate from "Fly The World" and "FSEconomy", so we have that going for us, which is nice. But those wells are running dry.

I am curious to know your thoughts or advice on how FSA virtual airlines do recruiting. How does one get their airline out there? How do the others do it?

I think you just need to keep at it. It will take time (months?)

I have been on the lookout for a P3D centric VA. PMDG, MaddogX and TFDi models. I would like to coordinate package delivery in the Western US. However, it seems Xplane and MSFS 2020 account for most of the flight sim pilots these days.

We finally cracked the code. Advertising in other Discord rooms has paid dividends for us.

I would not say forums are 1990's. I have yet to see what the TeamSpeak/discord/flavor of the week gives that a basic forum does not, just another technology to support.

But its true that mostly airline CEO's hang out here so recruiting is difficult.
