I have a problem with a plane. I can't book a flight because it puts this on me
Fleets
The aircraft belongs to a fleet that the pilots rank does not allow them to fly.
the pilot is enabled to fly the A320.

The airline ranks often define which aircraft a pilot can fly depending on the fleet the aircraft belongs to, you should have your CEO check that.

I am the director, and the pilot has the rank and is enabled to fly the A320. but it doesn't let you book the flight but with other A320s if

Problem solved. plane maintenance was missing
