Hi all,

Maybe a stupid question, but do I need to "own" an airplane in X-Plane in order to fly it from my Fleets? For e.g. I have in my Fleet an DHC-8Q-400 but I do not own one in x-plane. Can I fly it using a different type of airplane in x-plane, for example the Saab 340A?

In this case the size difference between a 340 and a DHC8 is too great to use them interchangeably. If you get aircraft that are two different in size or performance your not going to get accurate results. If you want to fly the Saab, have your VA CEO buy a few.
