Passenger figures

Hello everybody...
one of our pilot informed me that he booked a flight out of KATL to KIAH.
When he activated the flight the system showed him ZERO pax for the booked flight.
At KATL there are a lot of pax waiting.....our airline reputation is 120 ..... so is that a bug or what?

Means the airport was out of passengers due to too many flights operating from the airport that day.

Ok thanks .... could be but when i checked the Pax figures for KATL it showed me more then 10.000 pax waiting there.......

HI,
Maybe you could check what price you have set for the flight, might be you have it set too high by mistake, hence no pax.

Well thanks guys but none like u mentioned we did.
Admin informed me that if a pilot is in minus then he wont get any pax.
None of our pilots is in debt....so i m still waiting for an answer.

Also, check the flightplan. Make sure that it doesn't have "limit passengers" checked and set to 0.
