I have sent a question to the support of FSA , but I dont recieved a answer , my pilot Joel helmin cant booked a flight at Air Cottbus , he changed to Flight-VA , and there can booked a flight , can you help me , the sign was green not yellow , that means a flight booking is possible .

Am I understanding that this pilot is in two VA's, or has he just recently joined yours. If the first, apart from not being allowed within the FSAirlines environment, if he has one flight booked using the allocated pilot number, he won't be able to book a second flight.
If the second case, does he have the relevent licenses for the aircraft he wants to use, and is it and he and the aircraft at the right/same departure airport?
